Brassard will be a healthy scratch on Monday.

Brassard has eight goals, seven assists, 73 SOG, 24 PIMs and a -1 plus/minus through 44 games this season but will be a healthy scratch Monday vs. Boston. Derick Brassard will re-enter the Senators' lineup Thursday vs. Vegas

Brassard will replace Parker Kelly as he draws back into the Senators' lineup vs. Vegas for the first time since October 29th. The 16-year-veteran has played well in his limited time, scoring a goal and adding four SOG through three games while playing 15:10 ATOI.

Brassard suffered a lower-body injury on Tuesday and is questionable for Wednesday.

Brassard left Tuesday's game after playing just 2:42 TOI and did not return. With a back-to-back, Brassard's status for Wednesday's game is understandably uncertain. The Flyers recalled Morgan Frost from the AHL, which is a good indicatory that Brassard won't play.
