Devin Shore draws back into the Oilers' lineup Monday vs. Florida.

Shore has not played since November 19th but will draw back into the Oilers' lineup Monday after being a healthy scratch. The 30-year-old has struggled to produce this season in a bottom-six role collecting only one assist and 10 SOG through 16 games played.

The Oilers sent Devin Shore to Bakersfield (AHL).

Shore played 7:04 TOI in the Oilers' season opener, but Kailer Yamamoto and Warren Foegele were back on the ice for practice on Friday, suggesting they'll be back in the lineup on Saturday. So, Shore heads back to the AHL with Philip Broberg taking his spot on the NHL roster.

Shore (lower-body) is expected to be back in the Oilers lineup on Tuesday.

Shore has been sidelined by a lower-body injury since November 5th but will replace Tyler Benson in the Oilers bottom-6 on Tuesday. Shore has picked up just one goal and one assist (two points) in eight games this season.

Shore (undisclosed) is questionable for Wednesday's game vs. the Canucks.

Shore tweaked something in practice on Monday and his status for the Oilers' season opener is unclear. In Tuesday's skate, Ryan McLeod centred the fourth line in Shore's place, so look for that configuration if Shore can't play.

The Oilers have signed Devin Shore to a one-year, two-way contract worth $700K and placed him on waivers.

Shore has bounced around the NHL in recent years, going from Dallas to Anaheim to Columbus since 2019 and now lands in Edmonton. The 26-year-old centre had five goals and seven assists (12 points) in 45 games in 2020 and appears destined to start the 2021 season on the Oilers taxi squad.

The Blue Jackets have acquired Devin Shore from the Ducks for Sonny Milano.

Shore registered nine goals and 13 assists in 73 games with the Ducks after being acquired from the Stars last season. The 25-year-old was originally drafted by Dallas in the second round of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. He is set to become a restricted free-agent on July 1st.
