Batherson will miss his second straight game with a non-COVID illness but could return to the lineup on Sunday. The Senators called him "questionable" for Sunday's game vs. the Jets, they have to see how he recovers over the next few days.
Batherson was not on the ice for the morning skate and is doubtful to play Thursday due to a non-COVID illness. In addition to Batherson, Dylan Gambrell is also sick and Tim Stützle is questionable with a knee injury.
Batherson has been out since late January but is set to play Saturday vs. the Panthers. Batherson will be back on the top line with Josh Norris and Brady Tkachuk and on the top power-play unit.
