Olofsson has appeared in the last three games and 13 NHL games overall during his time with the big club. His return to the AHL suggests that Christian Folin will return to the Wild lineup this weekend.

Olofsson, 22, has scored five goals with 16 assists (21 points) in 45 games with Iowa this season. He played one game with Minnesota this season and has three games of NHL experience so far. He could draw into the lineup tonight vs. the Blackhawks.

Olofsson, 21, was recalled and will make his debut tonight vs. the Canucks. The former second round pick (No.46 in 2013) has picked up 12 points (3G / 9A) in 21 games with Iowa (AHL) this season and will play on the left side of Jonas Brodin.

Olofsson didn’t record a point in his NHL debut, but has three assists in 21 games with Iowa this season. He swapped places with Christian Folin and is expected to play on Saturday.

Olovsson played 10:41 in his NHL debut on Thursday, but look for Jonas Brodin to get back into the lineup on Saturday.

Olofsson, 20, was a second round pick (46th overall) in 2013. The 6-foot-3, 190 lbs. blueliner bad three assists in 17 games with Iowa before being recalled.
