Neighbours had nine goals, seven assists, two PIMs and a +1 plus/minus through 23 games with the Springfield Thunderbirds (AHL) but have been called up to St. Louis to replace Brandon Saad (lower-body). Neighbours had four goals and eight points through 27 games with the Blues earlier in the year.

Neighbours had seven goals, seven assists, and two PIMs in 19 games with Springfield (AHL) but will head back to St. Louis for the second time this season. In his previous stint with the Blues, he had a goal, 14 SOG, four PIMs and a -4 plus/minus in 13 games averaging only 12:02 TOI.

Neighbours has struggled so far with the Blues in 2022-23 prior to his demotion to Springfield (AHL), posting one goal and a -9 plus/minus rating through 11 games while averaging 12:20 ATOI.
