Ivan Miroshnichenko will draw back into Washington's lineup on Wednesday against the Vancouver Canucks, sending Vrana to the press box as a healthy scratch. The 28-year-old Vrana has 11 points (7G / 4A) in 25 games this season. He has been held off the scoresheet in four straight.

After not playing 10 straight games, Vrana played the last seven but will return to the sidelines as a healthy scratch on Tuesday. He has 11 points (7G / 4A) in 23 games this season. Ivan Miroshnichenko will draw into the lineup as Vrana's replacement.

Hendrix Lapierre will be a healthy scratch on Monday against the Dallas Stars, allowing Vrana to re-enter the lineup. Vrana has been limited to 16 games this season, last playing on November 21st, and has seven points (4G / 3A) while averaging 10:20 time-on-ice.

Vrana has not played the last two games but will re-enter the lineup on Friday against the Pittsburgh Penguins. The 28-year-old Vrana has four points (2G / 2A) in nine games this season and is currently riding a two-game point streak (1G / 1A).

Sonny Milano will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday, allowing Vrana to make his season debut. Vrana is in his second stint with the Washington Capitals, the team that drafted him 13th overall in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. Now 28 years old, Vrana has struggled to establish himself as an everyday NHLer, despite scoring a respectable 41 points (26G / 15A) in his past 72 games across the last three seasons.

Vrana has spent the entire training camp with Washington on a PTO and has earned himself a one-year, $775,000 contract on Monday. The 28-year-old left-winger is entering his ninth NHL season and will hope to play in more than 50+ games for the first time since 2019-20. In 21 games with St.Louis in 2023-24, he had two goals, six points and eight PIMs.

Vrana had two goals, four assists, eight PIMs and a -7 plus/minus in 21 games with the Blues' but has been reassigned to Spingfield (AHL) as Justin Faulk returns from the Injured Reserve. The 27-year-old returns to the minors for a second time this year, and had four goals and eight points in seven games played during his previous demotion.

Vrana has spent most of the last month with the Springfield Thunderbirds of the AHL, scoring eight points (4G / 4A) in seven games. He has been recalled in correspondence to the Blues reassigning Nikita Alexandrov to the AHL.

Vrana has cleared waivers Wednesday after being placed on them Tuesday and will report to Springfield (AHL) as he attempts to still resurrect his career. The 27-year-old left-winger was traded to St. Louis last season and had 12 goals and 20 points in 39 games with the Blues over two seasons but his lack of defensive play has led to him being back in the minors. He carriers a $5,250,000 contract hit this season.

After joining the Blues late last season, Vrana has been unable to make his desired mark with the team and has subsequently been placed on unconditional waivers. Vrana has mostly played this season alongside Kevin Hayes and Alexey Toropchenko, scoring six points (2G / 4A) in 19 games.

Vrana has been out of the lineup since November 28th and has only played two of the last eight games for the Blues. Vrana has six points (2G / 4A) and 41 shots on goal in 17 games this season. He is expected to skate on the fourth line alongside Alexei Toropchenko and Nikita Alexandrov.

Vrana has played 10 consecutive games for the Blues but will be a healthy scratch on Wednesday, allowing Sammy Blais to draw back into the lineup. Vrana only has three points (1G / 2A) in his last 10 games but is averaging an impressive 3.0 shots on goal during that stretch.

Vrana has had a decent start to the season, registering three points (1G / 2A) while averaging 12:13 time-on-ice through five games but will be a healthy scratch for the Blues on Thursday. The Blues are opting to dress 11 forwards and seven defensemen on Thursday as they welcome Scott Perunovich into the lineup.

Vrana has a goal, an assist, seven SOG, and a +1 plus/minus through five games with the Detroit Red Wings but has been dealt with 50% salary retention to St. Louis for Dylan McLaughlin and a 2025 7th Round Pick. It's a new start for Vrana, who attended the NHL/NHLPA Player Assistance Program earlier this season and had found his way out of Detroit's lineup more often than in.

Vrana has failed to pick up a point in three games since getting the call-up to Detroit in late February but will be a healthy scratch Thursday as he is replaced by Adam Erne in Detroit's lineup. The 27-year-old has a goal and an assist to go along with seven SOG through five games played this season.
