New York has signed Jaroslav Chmelar to a three-year, entry-level contract.
Chmelar was the fifth-round pick of the New York Rangers in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft. He has spent the last two seasons playing collegiate hockey with Providence College, earning himself a three-year, entry-level contract by scoring 15 points (5G / 10A) in 26 games.
