Jordan Gross has been reassigned to the Milwaukee Admirals (AHL).

Gross will head back to Milwaukee (AHL) after a very productive stint with the Predators that saw him pick up his first three career goals, with 20 SOG and a -3 plus/minus while playing 18:49 ATOI nightly in 10 games while playing as Roman Josi's defensive partner. He heads back to Milwaukee, where he had two goals, nine assists and five PIMs in 13 games prior to his previous promotion.

The Predators have recalled Jordan Gross from Milwaukee (AHL).

Gross had two goals in three games with the Predators earlier in the season and has 11 points (2G / 9A) in 13 AHL games this season. He should get some playing time again this time around with Ryan McDonagh landing on IR with an upper-body injury.

Gross will make his Predators debut when he steps on the ice for Nashville after being recalled by Milwaukee (AHL). Through three NHL seasons with two different teams (Arizona, and Colorado) Gross has four assists through 10 total games and 13 SOG.

The Predators have signed Jordan Gross to a two-year contract.

Gross, 27, was with the Avalanche last season, appearing in just one NHL game. He spent most of the season in the AHL, where he led alldefensemen with 65 points (10G / 55A) in 61 games. He has just four assists in 10 career NHL games and will likely report to Milwaukee (AHL) to open the 2022-23 season.

Gross has been promoted from the taxi squad and is expected to make his season debut on Tuesday.

Gross is expected to play in his third career NHL game, giving rookie Victor Soderstrom the night off after playing the last two games. Gross had 27 points (10G / 17A) in 56 AHL games last season.
