Josh Harding News
We won't see Josh Harding though. He returned to Minnesota to be examined by the doctors and is expected to at least be at practice Monday (day off Sunday).

Tough break for Harding, who just isn't able to stay healthy. Expect the team to use starting goalie Niklas Backstrom and rookie Matt Hackett in the interim.

Goalie Josh Harding, who was removed after being injured (probably a neck or head injury) last night when struck by teammate Nick Schultz's elbow, is feeling better but will need to be reevaluated today.

Sounds like Harding has an outside shot at backing up Niklas Backstrom tomorrow night. The oft-injured backup goalie was enjoying an excellent season with a 2.14 GAA and .932 SV%.

Harding was injured after not being able to corral a Patrick Marleau rebound. Trying to fend off Pavelski, teammate Nick Schultz accidentally struck Harding in the head with an elbow.

Rookie Matt Hackett was able to sub in for the wounded backup. Stay tuned for a further update on his status.

He helped get the Wild four points in the standings despite the Wild scoring three goals in the two games. For that reason, coach Mike Yeo will naturally come back with Harding Thursday night against the Vancouver Canucks.

Harding is 0-3 in 4 appearances against the Canucks with a 4.40 GAA and .843 SV%. No shutouts obviously.
