It seems like it's a personal choice the Senators are ok with as long he keeps playing well. Will update if there is in fact an injury.

Michalek hasn't played since March 8th because of a knee injury. He was the Sens leading scorer with 35 goals last season but has only played in 15 games this season, recording just two goals. Michalek will provide a big lift to a team who is slowly dropping in the Eastern Conference.
