

Grubauer allowed five goals on 24 shots in Colorado's loss to Winnipeg on Tuesday. Grubauer has gone winless in his last six starts, going 0-4-1 with a 3.40 GAA and .895 SV%. The Avalanche are struggling right now and a matchup with the Blues likely won't help. St. Louis has won eight of their last nine (8-1-0) while scoring 3.78 goals per game.


Grubauer stopped 38 of 40 shots in Colorado's 3-2 shootout loss in Dallas on Saturday. It was a great game for Grubauer but it extended his winless streak to five games (0-3-1). He has posted a 3.01 GAA and .912 SV% over that stretch and tonight he faces a Jets team that has lost five of their last six (1-4-1) while averaging 2.83 goals per game.

Grubauer allowed four goals on 31 shots in Colorado's 5-3 loss to the Blackhawks last Saturday. With Pavel Francouz starting against the Wild last night, Grubauer will start tonight in Dallas. Grubauer has lost three in a row while giving up 10 goals on 104 shots (.904 SV%) and is 0-2-0 with a 3.05 GAA and .910 SV% in two games against the Stars this season.



Grubauer will make his first start since December 7th after missing three games with a hamstring injury. Between his two injuries, Grubauer has gone 4-2-0 with a 2.69 GAA and .912 SV% in seven starts. On the season, he is 5-3-1 with a 2.68 GAA and .918 SV% on the road this year but faces a Blues team that has won five of their last seven home games.

Grubauer has missed the last two games but practiced on Thursday and will at least backup Pavel Francouz on Friday. If he starts, Grubauer comes into the game at 5-2-1 with a 2.87 GAA and .910 SV% on home-ice.

Grubauer was hurt early in Saturday's win in Boston but will be available to backup on Monday. Grubauer was on the ice for the morning skate but they'll give him the night off, so Pavel Francouz will start against the Flames.

Grubauer was hurt in Saturday's win over the Bruins but is expected to test his hamstring in Monday's morning skate. If it's irritated he’ll get off and Colorado will recall someone to backup Pavel Francouz.

Grubauer stopped 38 of the 39 shots in Colorado's win in Toronto on Wednesday. Grubauer has gone 3-0-0 with a 1.67 GAA and .943 SV% in his last three outings but draws a horrendous matchup on Saturday night. The Bruins are 12-0-5 while scoring 3.53 goals per game in their 17 home games this season.

Grubauer was pulled after allowing four goals on 15 shots in Colorado's loss to the Maple Leafs on Saturday. Since retuning from injury, Grubauer has gone 1-2-0 with a 3.93 GAA and .886 SV%. He will look to get back on track against an Oilers team that is 9-5-1 while scoring 2.93 goals per game on the road this season.



Grubauer has missed the last five games with a lower-body injury but will start Tuesday in Calgary. Prior to getting hurt, Grubauer lost three in a row while posting a 3.36 GAA and .905 SV%. He draws a nice matchup in his return, as the Flames have lost four in a row and have been shutout in back-to-back games.
