With Pittsburgh's 2023-24 season officially in the books, Zohorna has been reassigned to the AHL. The 27-year-old played a career-high 33 games with Pittsburgh this season, scoring seven points (4G / 3A).

Zohorna's absence makes way for the return of Jansen Harkins, who has been out since early March with a hand injury. Zohorna has four goals and three assists in 33 games this season.

Zohorna will make his first appearance since January 15th when the Penguins host the Red Wings on Thursday in a matchup chock-full of playoff implications. Zohorna has four goals and three assists in 31 games this season.

Zohorna has split time between Pittsburgh and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL) this season but has been especially successful at the AHL level, scoring 25 points (9G / 16A) in 29 games. In a corresponding move, the Penguins have sent down Samuel Poulin.

Zohorna has spent most of the season with Pittsburgh, but after clearing waivers on Wednesday, he will report to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the AHL. In 31 games with Pittsburgh this season, Zohorna has seven points (4G / 3A), 38 shots, and 34 hits.

Marc Johnstone will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday, allowing Zohorna to re-enter the lineup. Zahorna has been held off the scoresheet in eight straight games while playing primarily alongside Lars Eller and Drew O'Connor.

Zohorna had a goal, and four SOG in two games with Pittsburgh but was the odd man out of the Penguins' roster for salary purposes and has been assigned to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL). The 27-year-old returns to the minors for a second time already this year, where he failed to pick up a point in a short, two-game showing earlier in the season.

Zohorna did not have any points and was a -1 plus/minus in two games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL) but has been recalled to Pittsburgh Friday. The 27-year-old stands a towering 6'6" and left an impression after an extremely strong preseason (3 Pts in 4 GP). He has made NHL appearances in three separate seasons with three different teams and has five goals, 11 points and a +8 plus/minus in 35 career games played.

Zohorna had a goal, nine SOG, and a -1 plus/minus through 10 games with both Calgary and Toronto in 2022-23 and has signed with Pittsburgh for a one-year, $775,000 contract. The 27-year-old left-winger is a massive 6'6" and has five goals and 11 points in 35 career NHL games played.

Zohorna had a goal, six SOG, and a +1 plus/minus in two games with the Maple Leafs but has been loaned back to the Toronto Marlies (AHL) on Tuesday. The 26-year-old returns to the minors, where he had 11 goals, 20 assists, 37 PIMs and a +20 plus/minus through 46 games played between Calgary (AHL) and Toronto (AHL).

Zohorna had 11 goals, 20 assists, 37 PIMs and a +20 plus/minus through 46 games with the Calgary Wranglers (AHL) and Toronto Marlies (AHL) and has been recalled to the Maple Leafs for the first time this season on emergency conditions. The 26-year-old played in eight games for the Calgary Flames earlier in the season, failing to pick up a point, with three SOG and a -2 plus/minus.

The 6-foot-6 Zahorna will likely be assigned to the Marlies (AHL). He has zero points in eight games with the Flames this season. Though he's struggled to produce at the NHL level, Zahorna did register ten goals and 29 assists in 40 AHL games for the Calgary Wranglers this season.

Zohorna has five goals, 11 assists, 11 PIMs and a +8 plus/minus through 20 games with the Calgary Wranglers (AHL) but has been recalled for a second time this season. In five previous games with the Flames in 2022-23, he failed to pick up a point, with three SOG and a -1 plus/minus.

Zohorna heads back to the Calgary Wranglers (AHL) with the return of Chris Tanev (upper body) Tuesday. The 26-year-old did not pick up a point in five games, with three shots and a -1 plus/minus.
