Smith (upper body) will be out "longer-term" according to Mike Sullivan.

Smith exited Thursday's game against the Vancouver Canucks in the first period with an upper-body injury after playing only 3:08 time-on-ice. Smith has gone without a point in six straight games, his second pointless skid of six games or more and is expected to be out of the lineup for an extended period.

The Golden Knights have re-signed Reilly Smith to a three-year, $15 million contract.

Smith has been with the Golden Knights since the beginning but his production has being to slip recently. He posted a career-high 60 points in 2018 and career-best 27 goals in 2020, however he has just 30 goals and 33 assists (63 points) in his last 109 games combined over the last two seasons. He'll still be a top-6 player for the Golden Knights in 2022-23 and has some bounce-back potential if his on-ice SH% comes back up to double-digits.

Smith (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision on Wednesday.

Smith has missed the last three games with an undisclosed injury but will be a game-time decision on Wednesday. Smith skated on a line with William Karlsson and Jonathan Marchessault in Tuesday's practice, so it appears he's on track to play vs. the Avalanche.

Smith (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision on Monday.

Smith was forced to leave Sunday's game in Anaheim with an undisclosed injury and he's questionable to play Monday vs. the Sharks. With Keegan Kolesar battling a lower-body injury, expect Dylan Coghlan to dress as a seventh-defenseman if Smith can't play.
