After a great NHL debut on Sunday Berra allowed five goals on 24 shots in a loss to the Wild on Tuesday. He faces another tough test against the Blues on Thursday.

Berra was superb in his NHL debut. He took on the reigning Stanley Cup Champions, but did not seem overwhelmed as he turned aside 42 of 44 shots in the 3-2 OT win. Tonight he will face the Minnesota Wild who have won five of their last six.

Berra spent last season with Biel in the Swiss-A league where he posted 3.01 GAA and .906 SV% in 49 games. In his first season in North America he is 4-3-1 with a 2.66 GAA and .908 SV% with Abbotsford (AHL). Tonight will mark his NHL debut and it comes vs. the reigning Stanley Cup Champions.

Berra was originally a 4th round pick by the Blues in 2006 and was acquired in the Bouwmeester deal. Berra has played in the Swiss league for his entire career
