Kerins made his NHL debut last season, scoring four points (0G / 4A) in five games with the Flames, but has primarily been an AHL player. The 23-year-old sixth-round draft pick has 14 points (5G / 9A) in 13 games with the Calgary Wranglers (AHL) this season. Yegor Sharangovich will be a healthy scratch to accommodate Kerins' debut.
