Darling gave up four goals on 30 shots in a 4-3 OT loss in his first start vs. the Blackhawks.

In his first start vs. the Bruins, Darling allowed five goals on 28 shots in a 7-1 loss in early-January.

After three straight losses with Cam Ward as the backstop, the Hurricanes opt to go back to the struggling Darling tonight.
