The Flyers placed Brandon Manning on IR this morning, so Brennan comes up to take his spot on the roster. The 28-year-old continues to be a force in the AHL, collecting 15 points (2G / 13A) in 17 games with the Phantoms this season. Since 2009-10, Brennan has 394 points (136G / 258A) in 536 AHL games, but has just 13 points (5G / 8A) in 53 career NHL games.
Brennan, 27, is a Moorestown, New Jersey native, which is just 30 minutes away from Philadelphia and he grew up watching the Flyers. Brennan has bounced around from team-to-team throughout his career, despite posting elite numbers at the AHL level. He is coming off of a 68-point (25G / 43A) season with the Toronto Marlies, but has just 13 points (5G / 8A) in 53 career NHL games.
Brennan has been a great AHL scorer, but has not had a tonne of success at the NHL level. He is leading the Marlies in scoring this season, scoring 24 goals and 43 assists (67 points). He has just one assist in seven career games with the Maple Leafs and just 12 points (4G / 8A) in 47 career NHL games.
Brennan has no points in 11:05 in his season debut with the Maple Leafs on Wednesday. The 26-year-old returns to the AHL, where he leads the Marlies with 55 points (22G / 33A) in 59 games this season.
Brennan, who was reassigned on Sunday has already been recalled and should play on Tuesday vs. the Lightning. Brennan has no points and a minus-6 rating in four games with the Maple Leafs.
Brennan has played in four of the last eight games for the Maple Leafs, including last night, but he will head back to the Marlies where he has one assist in nine games since being traded at the deadline.
Brennan had no points and a minus-5 rating in a brief stint with the Maple Leafs two weeks ago. Since heading back to the Marlies, he registered no points and a minus-2 rating, but he is back-up and is expected to play on Saturday.
Brennan was posted seven shots and a minus-5 rating in three games since being recalled at the start of the week. He will sit in favour of Tim Erixon.
Brennan, 25, had an enormous season with the Toronto Marlies (AHL) last season (25G / 47 A = 72P) but never players for the big club. This season he has tallied nine goals and 28 assists (37 points) in 54 games between Rockford and the Marlies. He was reacquired at the trade deadline and is finally expected to make his Maple Leafs debut tonight.
Brennan, 25, had a great season with the Toronto Marlies last season. He finished the year with 25 goals and 47 assists (72 points) in 76 AHL games. He signed with the Isles this offseason, but will now likely report to Rockford (AHL).
