Gibson will start Friday vs. the Golden Knights.

Gibson gave up five goals on 33 shots in the Ducks shootout win against the Islanders last Saturday. Over the last month, Gibson has gone 3-4-1 with a 2.91 GAA and .894 SV% in his last eight starts. It has been an up-and-down season for Gibson, who was shelled in his first game vs. Vegas. The Golden Knights scored five goals on 49 shots(!!!) in a 5-2 win over Gibson and the Ducks in late-October.

The Jets have recalled Jansen Harkins from Manitoba (AHL).

Harkins was a second-round pick (No.47 overall) in 2015 and has played in 156 AHL games since. This year the 22-year-old winger leads the Manitoba Moose with 31 points (7G / 24A) in 30 games. He could make his NHL debut before the Christmas break with Mathieu Perreault and Andrew Copp both going on IR on Wednesday.

Terry will miss 10 weeks with a broken bone below his knee cap.

Terry suffered a broken bone in his leg during the second period of Tuesday's game in Philadelphia and will miss at least two and a half months. With Terry and Derek Grand getting hurt, the Ducks have recalled Isac Lundestrom and Max Jones from San Diego (AHL).

Troy Terry
Terry left Tuesday's game with a knee injury; questionable to play Wednesday.

Terry left the Ducks' loss in Philadelphia in the second period and did not return. Head coach Dallas Eakins did not have an update on Terry post-game, but it seems unlikely that he will be available in New Jersey. Sam Carrick is their only reserve forward, so expect him to replace Terry.

Gibson starts Tuesday in Philadelphia.

Gibson allowed three goals one 32 shots in the Ducks win over the Rangers on Saturday. Gibson has lost four of his last six starts while posting a 2.58 GAA and .902 SV%. Tonight he faces a Flyers team that is extremely banged up but have won four of their last five on home-ice.

Stalock will start Tuesday in Vegas.

Stalock stopped 17 of 18 shots in the Wild's win over the Flyers on Saturday. It was a quiet night for the 32-year-old netminder, who will start tonight even though Devan Dubnyk (personal) is back in the fold. He has gone 4-4-2 with a 3.58 GAA, .889 SV% and one shutout on the road, this season so he's a risky option in tough venue.

Gibson led the Ducks onto the ice for warmups.

Gibson allowed two goals on 27 shots in the Ducks loss to the Kings on Thursday. Quick will be making his fourth consecutive start on Saturday but comes in having lost four of this last five (1-3-1) while posting a 2.55 GAA and .902 SV%. Today he faces a Rangers team that ranks eighth in the NHL in goal-scoring (3.23 GF/gm).

Stalock will start Saturday vs. the Flyers.

Stalock allowed five goals on 39 shots in the Wild's loss in Carolina last Saturday. Kaapo Kahkonen started the last two games but Stalock will get the nod Saturday vs. the visiting Flyers. He has been terrific in Minnesota this year, going 4-0-0 with a 1.56 GAA and .946 SV% on home-ice. Philadelphia is banged up right now but has won six of their last nine road games, so Stalock comes with some risk tonight.

Gibson will start Tuesday in Minnesota.

Gibson gave up three goals on 33 shots in the Ducks loss in Winnipeg on Sunday. Gibson has lost three in a row and five of his last six while posting a 2.97 GAA and .891 SV%. Tonight he faces the Wild for the second time this season--he gave up three goals on 25 shots in a 4-2 loss in the first meeting and Minnesota comes into tonight having won five of their last six while scoring 4.00 goals per game.

Stalock will start Saturday in Carolina.

Stalock allowed four goals on 34 shots in the Wild's win in Tampa Bay on Thursday. Stalock has won three consecutive games while posting a 2.60 GAA and .918 SV%. Even with Kaapo Kahkonen playing well, they'll stick with Stalock in Carolina. The Hurricanes have gone 9-5-0 while scoring 3.64 goals per game at home, making Stalock a low-end option on a busy night in the NHL.
