Ladd was hurt early in Sunday's game vs. the Stars and did not return. The Coyotes announced that the veteran winger will miss at least one month and could be out until early April. The recently acquired Nick Ritchie will likely replace Ladd on Wednesday.
The Rangers put Nemeth on IR Wednesday, after he was sidelined for the five games leading up to their two-week recess and again in their first contest back against the Bruins on Tuesday. Team policy prevents the Rangers from disclosing the reason, but it is believed that Nemeth is dealing with lingering effects from his bout with COVID-19 in late December.
Dauphin has been scratched for the last three games but will draw back into the Montreal lineup on Thursday. Dauphin will replace Tyler Toffoli, who was traded to the Calgary Flames. Dauphin has scored two goals with four assists (six points) in 16 games with the Canadiens.
Nemeth missed the final five games before the All-Star break due to personal reasons and despite returning to practice this week, will not play Tuesday. Either Libor Hajek or Zac Jones will replace him in the lineup.
Kassian took a puck to the face in Wednesday's loss to the Blackhawks and is expected to be out for at least one month. Brendan Perlini or Kyle Turris will likely replace him on Friday.
Kassian missed Saturday's win over the Flames but is expected to be back in the lineup on Tuesday. Kassian, who has five goals and eight assists (13 points) in 28 games, will skate on the third line with Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Brendan Perlini.
Kassian was not on the ice for Saturday's morning skate and is questionable to play vs. the Flames. Kyle Turris skated in his spot in practice.
Kassian has not played since December 18th but is expected to play Wednesday in Toronto. Kassian will replace Derek Ryan, who is now in COVID-19 protocol.
Galchenyuk missed the last two games while in COVID-19 protocol but appears set to re-join the Coyotes and should be in the lineup for Sunday's game vs. the Stars.
Kassian will likely be out until at least the middle of next week after being moved to the COVID-19 list yesterday. Kassian had been skating on the top line with Connor McDavid but Zach Hyman is expected to take his spot back on Wednesday.
Ruzicka was one of six Flames players that were added to the COVID-19 protocol list on Monday morning. Calgary's next three games have been postponed as a result of this outbreak.
Dauphin did not play during his call-up last week but could play Tuesday with Tyler Toffoli dealing with an upper-body injury. Dauphin has scored 11 goals with five assists (16 points) in 18 games with Laval.
Dauphin could make his season debut on Saturday after being called up to replace Josh Anderson. Dauphin has has a terrific season going in the AHL, leading Laval in goals (11) and points (16) through 18 games.
Galchenyuk was a healthy scratch in Minnesota but will replace Johan Larsson (lower-body) in the lineup on Friday. Galchenyuk has picked up two assists in nine games this season.
Kassian missed the last three games with a lower-body injury but will play Tuesday in Winnipeg. Kassian will be back on the third line with Ryan McLeod and Warren Foegele and comes in with three goals and two assists in 10 games.
