Korpisalo will start Monday in Washington.

Korpisalo allowed three goals on 19 shots in the Blue Jackets' loss to the Rangers last Thursday. Since his four-game winning streak was snapped, Korpisalo has lost three of his last four games while posting a 2.80 GAA and .889 SV%. Things could get worse on Monday. The Capitals have won six in a row while scoring 4.00 goals per game, so Korpisalo is a low-end option to start the week.

Peeke will make his NHL debut on Thursday.

Peeke has posted five goals and seven assists (12 points) in 21 games with Cleveland (AHL) this season and was called-up after Zach Werenski suffered a shoulder injury. He is expected to make his NHL debut on the third-pair with Vladislav Gavrikov as his partner.

Korpisalo will start Tuesday vs. the Coyotes.

Korpisalo allowed two goals on 31 shots in the Blue Jackets win over the Penguins on Friday. Elvis Merzlikins started Saturday, so Korpisalo comes into Tuesday's game playing great and well-rested. Korpisalo has won five of his last six starts while posting a 2.16 GAA, .920 SV% and one shutout. Tonight he takes on a Coyotes team that has lost four of their last six (2-2-2) while scoring just 2.33 goals per game.

The Blue Jackets have recalled Andrew Peeke from Cleveland (AHL).

Peeke, 21, was a second-round pick (No.34 overall) in 2016 and turned pro this year after three years at Notre Dame. The 6-foot-3, 198 lbs. defenseman has 12 points (5G / 7A) in 21 AHL games this year and could make his NHL debut with Zach Werenski out for at least one month.

The Canucks have recalled Michael DiPietro from Utica (AHL).

DiPietro has gone 7-4-1 with a 2.44 GAA and .913 SV% in his first 13 AHL starts this year. The 20-year-old, former third-round pick has received his first call-up of the season because Jacob Markstrom has been granted a leave of absence to go to Sweden for his father's memorial service. DiPietro likely won't play a game but should serve as Thatcher Demko's backup on Tuesday.

Korpisalo will start Wednesday vs. the Flyers.

Korpisalo stopped all 25 shots that he faced in the Blue Jackets shutout win over the Senators on Monday. Korpisalo is red-hot right now, winning four in a row while stopping 102 of the 110 shots (.927 SV%) that he faced. In his first start against the Flyers, Korpisalo surrendered six goals on 45 shots in a 7-4 loss (Oct.26).

Korpisalo will start Monday vs. the Senators.

Korpisalo allowed four goals on 26 shots in the Blue Jackets win over the Red Wings last Thursday. Elvis Merzlikins gave him a breather on Saturday but Korpisalo is set to start for the eighth time in 10 games on Monday. After back-to-back terrible outings to end October, Korpisalo has settled in in November, going 4-3-0 with a 2.58 GAA and .913 SV% in seven starts. Tonight he faces a Senators team that has won five of their last six while scoring 3.00 goals per game.

Korpisalo will start Tuesday vs. the Canadiens.

Korpisalo allowed two goals on 27 shots in the Blue Jackets 3-2 overtime win over the Blues last Friday. Korpisalo has elevated his game in November, going 2-3-0 while posting a 2.40 GAA and .919 SV%--a huge improvement on his 3.37 GAA and .886 SV% in 10 October starts. Tonight he faces a Montreal team that has gone 4-0-2 in their last six but just lost two of their top-9 forwards over the weekend.

Korpisalo will start Friday vs. the Blues.

Korpisalo allowed four goals on 36 shots in the Blue Jackets loss in Colorado last Saturday. Elvis Merzlikins gave him the night off in Montreal but they will turn back to their “No.1” guy on Friday. He is 3-5-1 with a 2.96 GAA and .889 SV% in his first nine home starts, so there’s not a lot to like about starting him vs. the Blues.

Korpisalo will start Saturday in Colorado.

Korpisalo allowed two goals on 32 shots in the Blue Jackets win in Arizona on Thursday. The victory snapped a four-game losing streak for Korpisalo, who is now 3-1-0 with a 3.25 GAA and .907 SV% on the road this season. Heading to Colorado isn't as scary without Mikko Rantanen or Gabriel Landeskog, but the Ads are still 5-2-1 with 3.88 goals per game in Colorado this season.
