With Elias Lindholm (lower body) out week-to-week, Beecher will draw back into Boston's lineup on Saturday against the Carolina Hurricanes. The 24-year-old Beecher has appeared in three games for Boston this season, averaging 12:31 time-on-ice and scoring one goal.

Lindholm (lower-body) is having an MRI on Friday and is out week-to-week.

Lindholm suffered a lower-body injury in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Buffalo Sabres, exiting the contest in the second period after playing only 9:37 time-on-ice. The 30-year-old Lindholm has nine points (4G / 5A) in 13 games this season. He will be sidelined week-to-week.

Korpisalo will start vs. Buffalo on Thursday.

Coming off a disappointing one-sided 7-2 loss to the Ottawa Senators, the Bruins will change course on Thursday, turning to Korpisalo between the pipes against the Buffalo Sabres. The 31-year-old Korpisalo has seen a steady dose of action early in the 2025-26 season, but has failed to impress, posting a 3.62 GAA and .870 SV% in five games (2-3-0). The Bruins enter Thursday's contest as slight +104 home underdogs against a Sabres team with points in four straight games (2-0-2).

Lindholm (personal) is expected to draw back into Boston's lineup vs. Buffalo.

Lindholm has been in and out of the lineup with injuries lately. His absence from the morning skate on Thursday was concerning, but it was not injury-related, as he was away from the team to welcome the birth of his child. The 31-year-old Lindholm is averaging 16:04 time-on-ice and has one assist in four games this season.

Lindholm (undisclosed) has been activated from IR.

Hampus Lindholm did not play last Sunday, supposedly given an extra day of maintenance after returning from an injury, but has been sidelined since, missing five consecutive games. The 31-year-old Lindholm is averaging 15:04 time-on-ice and has a -3 plus/minus in three games this season. Michael Callahan was assigned to Providence (AHL) in a corresponding move.

Korpisalo will start vs. the Islanders on Tuesday.

The Bruins were embarrassed in a 7-2 loss to the Ottawa Senators last night and will try to rebound on Tuesday, turning to Korpisalo in net against the New York Islanders. The 31-year-old Korpisalo salvaged a victory in his first game of the season but has otherwise performed poorly, posting an ugly 4.03 GAA and .845 SV% in four games (1-3-0). The 4-7-0 Bruins will be desperate to return to the win column on Tuesday, entering the game as +128 home underdogs against a red-hot Islanders team with points in five straight (4-0-1).

Korpisalo is expected to start vs. the Islanders on Tuesday.

With Jeremy Swayman occupying Boston's crease for the start of their back-to-back Monday, Joonas Korpisalo is expected to take over the crease vs. the Islanders on Tuesday. Boston's back up netminder will look to snap a personal three-game losing streak which has saw his SV% plummet to .845 SV% this season alongside his 4.03 GAA. He is expected to host Ilya Sorokin and Islanders on Tuesday, who had their four-game win streak snapped on Saturday with a loss to Philadelphia.

Swayman will start in Ottawa on Monday.

The Bruins snapped a six-game losing skid (0-6-0) with an impressive 3-2 win over the Colorado Avalanche on Saturday and hope to stay in the win column on Monday, turning to Swayman between the pipes in the front end of a back-to-back. Despite the team's losing record, Swayman has been serviceable between the pipes, posting a solid 2.85 GAA and .910 SV% in six games (3-3-0). Still, the Bruins enter Monday's contest as +152 road underdogs against an Ottawa Senators team outscoring their opposition 9-2 during a two-game winning streak.
