Korpisalo will start Wednesday vs. the Oilers.

Korpisalo allowed six goals on 45 shots in the Blue Jackets loss in Philadelphia on Saturday. The loss snapped a brief two-game winning streak for Korpisalo, who will make his fifth straight start on Wednesday. He enters play at 3-2-1 with a 2.80 GAA and .894 SV% on home ice this season and faces an Edmonton team that has lost four fo their last five while averaging just 1.40 goals per game.

Lindholm (lower-body) will not play on Tuesday but could return later this week.

Lindholm will miss his second straight game on Tuesday but the Ducks coaching staff is "encouraged" for his availability later on this homestand. Josh Mahura is expected to replace Brendan Guhle on the Ducks' top-pair, where Lindholm would be.

Hampus Lindholm
Krejci (upper-body) will return to the Bruins lineup on Tuesday.

Krejci has missed the last five games with an upper-body injury but will play Tuesday vs. the Sharks. Krejci will be back on the second line with Jake DeBrusk and Danton Heinen on his wings and will also skate on the second power-play unit. Krejci has one assist in five games this season.

David Krejci
Rask was the first goalie off of the ice at the Bruins morning skate.

Rask stopped all 26 shots that he faced in the Bruins win over the Blues on Saturday. Rask continues to play exceptionally well, winning five of his first six starts while leading the NHL in GAA (1.48), SV% (.952) and shutouts (2). I don't need to tell you that he should be active in all formats against a Sharks offence that continues to spin their tires.

Tuukka Rask
Krejci (upper-body) is doubtful to play Saturday.

The Bruins have a back-to-back this weekend so if Krejci is doubtful for Saturday’s game vs. the Blues he’s probably equally as unlikely to play Sunday in New York. Par Lindholm is expected to centre the Bruins second line on Saturday.

Korpisalo starts Thursday vs. the Hurricanes.

Korpisalo allowed three goals on 31 shots in the Blue Jackets win in Toronto on Monday. Korpisalo has played very well as of late, winning three of his last four (3-0-1) while posting. a 2.47 GAA and .922 SV%. Tonight he faces the Hurricanes, who have lost three of their last four while averaging just 2.00 goals per game.

The Bruins have placed David Krejci (upper-body) on IR.

Krejci has been sidelined with an upper-body injury since the first period of last Monday’s game vs. the Ducks. Krejci’s move to IR simply opens up a roster spot to recall Anders Bjork from the AHL. He is eligible to be activated whenever he is healthy.

Rask will start Tuesday vs. the Maple Leafs.

Rask allowed three goals on 36 shots in the Bruins loss to the Lightning last Thursday. Rask and Jaroslav Halak continue to alternate starts, so Rask will get his first crack at the Maple Leafs this season. He won his only start against Toronto last year and gets some help tonight with Michael Hutchinson expected to start on the tail-end of the Leafs' back-to-back.

Tuukka Rask
Korpisalo will start Monday in Toronto.

Korpisalo surrendered three goals on 34 shots in the Blue Jackets loss to the Islanders on Saturday. The loss snapped a brief two-game winning streak for Korpisalo, who is now 3-2-1 with a 2.66 GAA and .905 SV% in six starts this season. He should be stapled to your bench on Monday though. The Maple Leafs are currently third in the NHL in scoring, averaging 3.89 goals per game thus far.

Korpisalo starts Saturday vs. the Islanders.

Korpisalo stopped 30 of 32 shots in the Blue Jackets win over the Stars on Wednesday. Korpisalo has won three of his last four starts while posting a 2.25 GAA and .914 SV% and has not given up more than two goals in three straight outings. The Islanders come in averaging just 2.43 goals per game (25th in the NHL) so Korpisalo makes for a decent option on the second-half of a back-to-back.

Lindholm was forced to leave Thursday's game and did not return.

Lindholm received a vicious slash from Darren Helm and left Thursday's win but it doesn't sound like the injury is overly serious. Lindholm is not expected to practice on Friday but has not been ruled out for Saturday's game in Los Angeles.
