Bishop is day-to-day with a lower-body injury; doubtful to play in Game 2.

Bishop was stretchered off of the ice in Game 1 and his season appeared to be over, but the Lightning were given good news on Saturday, hearing that Bishop is “day-to-day” but playing in Game 2 is unlikely. Vasilevskiy replaced Bishop in Game 1 and stopped 25 of 26 shots en route to a 3-1 win. Look for Vasilevskiy to get the nod in Game 2 on Monday.

Bishop is expected to start Game 4 in Detroit.

Bishop allowed two goals on 30 shots in the Lightning’s 2-0 loss in Detroit in Game 3. Bishop has allowed two goals in each start so far, so he carries a 2.01 GAA and .939 SV% into Game 4. Bishop has gone 4-2-0 with a 1.35 GAA, .957 SV% and two shutouts in his last six road playoff starts coming into a pivotal Game 4.

Bishop will start Game 2 vs. the Red Wings.

Bishop was outstanding in Game 1, stopping 34 of 36 shots in the Lightning’s 3-2 win over the Red Wings. Dating back to Game 1 of last year, Bishop is 7-5 with a 1.85 GAA, .928 SV% and one shutout in 12 starts vs. the Red Wings. Bishop also comes in at 5-1-0 with a 1.85 GAA, .937 SV% and one shutout in his last six starts on home ice.

Bishop comes into the playoffs having won six of his last eight starts and will look to duplicate his performance from the 2015 playoffs. Bishop was 2-2-0 with a 1.77 GAA and .931 SV% in four starts against the Red Wings this season and was 4-3 with a 1.87 GAA, .922 SV% and one shutout in Round 1 last year. Bishop will likely be a Vezina Finalist after posting a great 35-21-4 record.

Bishop will start Thursday in New Jersey.

Bishop was pulled after allowed five goals on 23 shots in the Lightning’s loss in Brooklyn on Monday. Andrei Vasilevskiy started on Tuesday, but they’ll go back to Bishop tonight in New Jersey. The 29-year-old has gone 2-0-0 with an 0.50 GAA and .979 SV% in his first two starts against the Devils this season.

The Lightning did not hold a morning skate because of their back-to-back. Head coach Jon Cooper is expected to announce his goalie when he addresses the media around 5:30 p.m. ET.

Reimer allowed two goals on 30 shots in the Sharks win in Nashville on Saturday. Reimer has won his last two starts and is now 5-2-0 with a 1.85 GAA, .927 SV% and two shutouts in seven starts since joining the Sharks. Tonight he will take on a Wild team that is coming off of a tough week—they’ve lost three in a row while being outscored 11-5.

Bishop will start Monday in Brooklyn.

Bishop stopped 25 of 26 shots in the Lightning’s win over the Devils on Saturday. Bishop has won five of his last six starts while posting a 1.51 GAA, .947 SV% and two shutouts. He will need to continue playing well as the Lightning continue life without Steven Stamkos. Bishop is 1-1-0 with a 3.54 GAA and .868 SV% in two starts vs. the Islanders this season.

Bishop stopped all 34 shots that he faced in the Lightning’s shutout win over the Maple Leafs on Monday. Bishop is on a four-game winning streak, having posted a 1.50 GAA, .951 SV% and two shutouts over that span. Tonight he takes on the Canadiens for the third time this year—he is 0-1-1 with a 3.46 GAA and .885 SV% in the first two.

Zucker will be back in the Wild lineup on Tuesday.

Zucker has been a healthy scratch for the last two games, but he will re-enter the lineup on Tuesday in place of the sick David Jones. Zucker has just one goal in his last nine games and has 13 goals and 10 assists (23 points) in 65 games this season. He will skate on the second line with Mikael Granlund and Thomas Vanek.

Bishop allowed four goals on 31 shots in the Lightning’s win over the Islanders on Friday. Andrei Vasilevskiy started on Saturday, so Bishop will be back in goal tonight vs. the Maple Leafs. Bishop has won three in a row and four of his last five starts while posting a 2.01 GAA, .937 SV% and two shutouts. Tonight he will take on a surging, young Maple Leafs team that has won five of their last seven.
