Alex Lyon will draw back into the Panthers' lineup and backup Sergei Bobrovsky Tuesday.

Lyon was 9-8-2 with a 2.55 GAA and .909 SV% with the Charlotte Checkers (AHL) and will dress for the Florida Panthers as their backup netminder Tuesday as a replacement for the injured Spencer Knight (undisclosed).

Ukko-Pekka Luukonen has been loaned to Rochester (AHL).

Luukonen has a 9-3-1 record, 3.49 GAA and .894 SV% this season but will surprisingly be loaned back to Rochester (AHL) as Eric Comrie returns from a lower-body injury. The 23-year-old is expected to return to the club this season so this is just a temporary move.

Carson Meyer will draw back into the Blue Jackets' lineup Thursday vs. Washington.

Meyer has yet to pick up a point across nine games with the Blue Jackets' but will draw back into the lineup as Eric Robinson misses Thursday's game due to injury (upper body). Mayer will hope to duplicate some of the success he was having in Cleveland (AHL) before he was recalled, as he had six goals and 18 points across 15 games.

Luukkonen stopped 37 of 40 shots (.925 SV%) for his fourth straight win as he picked up a surprising victory over Boston in his last start. The 23-year-old has taken over Buffalo's starting crease due to his 7-3-1 record, 3.35 GAA and .896 SV%. He will take on the Washington Capitals, who have won six of their last seven games after a 9-2 thumping of Montreal in their previous game.

Luukkonen stopped 41 of 43 shots (.953 SV%) for his fourth win in five starts as he was incredible in beating the Vegas Golden Knights in his last time between the pipes. The 23-year-old has been much better as of late for the Sabres and holds a 5-3-1 record, 3.44 GAA and .891 SV% through nine appearances. He faces the Detroit Red Wings who are on the back end of a back-to-back after a massive 5-4 comeback victory over Pittsburgh yesterday.

Owen Power will be back in the lineup Thursday vs. Detroit (lower body).

Power has missed the Sabres previous three games due to a lower-body injury and will return Thursday vs. the Red Wings. The rookie defender has had a strong opening season, with 10 assists, 42 SOG, 16 PIMs and a +9 plus/minus in 29 games played prior to the injury.
