Tinordi continues to not catch any health related breaks as the 31-year-old defensemen has entered concussion protocol Wednesday and will be out indefinetly. The nine-year veteran broke career highs with 44 games played in 2022-23 and has appeared in 12 so far this season, with an assist, 11 PIMs and a -4 plus/minus.
Barrie was a healthy scratch for the Predators' previous two games and will draw back into the lineup Tuesday after also making a trade request over the weekend. The 32-year-old will take the spot of Cole Smith (illness) and will hope to upgrade his trade value and add to his 10 assists, 33 SOG, and 10 PIMs in 23 games he has so far this season.
Pospisil will be a healthy scratch, allowing Walker Duehr to draw back into the lineup. The Slovak-born Pospisil is averaging 13:09 time-on-ice and has five points (3G / 2A) in 14 games this season.
Duehr will draw back into the lineup in favour of Martin Pospisil, who will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday. Duehr has not played since November 22nd, serving as a healthy scratch for the last five games. He has four points (1G / 3A) in 14 games and is expected to play on an offensively-minded second line alongside Nazem Kadri and Connor Zary.
Solovyov hasn't played since consecutive games on October 26th and 29th, his only two career NHL games, but will return to the Flames lineup on Tuesday as Dennis Gilbert will be a healthy scratch. In two games, Solovyov averaged 16:35 time-on-ice, had one block, and two hits.
With Jacob Markstrom out week-to-week with a fractured finger, Vladar will assume the role of starting goaltender on Tuesday against the Minnesota Wild. The Flames have also recalled Dustin Wolf from the Calgary Wranglers of the AHL and will presumably have the two netminders battle it out for starts while Markstrom is unable to play. Vladar has been inconsistent this season but is coming off his strongest performance to date, a 27-save (.964 SV%) 2-1 overtime victory over the Vegas Golden Knights. The Flames are slight +102 home underdogs against a Wild team that won three straight since their coaching change, outscoring their opposition 13-3.

Jacob Markstrom is out week-to-week with a fractured finger, resulting in the call-up of Dustin Wolf from the Calgary Wranglers of the AHL. Wolf was unspectacular in his one game with the Flames earlier this season, allowing four goals on 34 shots (.895 SV%) in a losing effort, but will likely get a deeper look with an extended stay with the team. With the Wranglers, Wolf has been excellent, boasting a 2.50 GAA and .920 SV% in 13 games (10-3-0).
Solovyov has been recalled from the Calgary Wranglers of the AHL, likely to add some depth to their defensive core after Nikita Zadorov was traded yesterday to the Vancouver Canucks. The 23-year-old Solovyov was drafted 205th overall by the Flames in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft and has five points (2G / 3A), a +5 plus/minus rating, and 12 penalty minutes in 16 games with the Wranglers this season.
Dan Vladar will make his second consecutive start in Monday night's game against the Golden Knights. Jacob Markstrom was confirmed to start earlier in the day but was a late scratch due to an illness. Vladar owns a 3-2-1 record and an .869 SV% on the season. The Flames are slight -103 home underdogs against a Golden Knights team that, after an 11-0-1 start, is 3-5-1 in their last nine and have been shut out in two of their last three outings (1-2-0), though that line could shift after the news of Markstrom's absence.
Kuzmenko has been a surprise healthy scratch for the Canucks' previous two games but will draw back into the lineup Tuesday as they take on Anaheim. The 27-year-old sophomore was sent to the press box after putting up three goals, 11 assists, 28 SOG, and a +1 plus/minus in 19 games to start the 2023-24 season.
Okhotyuk was a healthy scratch on Saturday, allowing Marc-Edouard Vlasic to re-enter the lineup. However, the two will swap places again, as Okhotyuk will draw back in on Monday in favour of Vlasic. The 22-year-old Okhotyuk has four points (0G / 4A), 14 penalty minutes, 24 blocks, and 17 hits in 11 games this season.
Vladar will get the call for the tail-end of Calgary's back-to-back after starter Jacob Markstrom got the nod in Friday's 7-4 win over the Stars. Vladar's last appearance came on Monday against the Kraken, when he stopped 28 of the 31 shots he faced enroute to the 4-3 victory. He draws a difficult road assignement on Saturday with the Flames being +140 underdogs to the Avalanche.
Pachal has been a healthy scratch since November 8th but will draw back into the lineup Saturday vs. Arizona after Shea Theodore (upper body) was announced out. The 24-year-old defender scored his first goal of his career this season and has 11 SOG, 10 PIMs and a +1 plus/minus in a career-high 12 games played so far.
Kuzmenko has seen extended time on the Canucks top powerplay unit this season while playing primarily alongside Elias Pettersson at even strength. In 19 games this season, Kuzmenko has 14 points (3G / 11A) while averaging 15:24 time-on-ice. However, in his most recent contest, Kuzmenko registered a -3 plus/minus, failing to score a point while playing only 14:33. His top-line role will likely be filled by Sam Lafferty, who is expected to slide up the lineup.
Zary missed the flames previous game with a lower-body injury but will be back in the lineup Friday vs. Dallas. The 22-year-old centre has been one of the league's standout rookies this season, with three goals, five assists, 14 SOG, two PIMs and a +3 plus/minus through his first nine games of his young career.
