He is heating up and catches a break with Malcolm Subban starting instead of Marc-Andre Fleury. Vegas is 5-2-0 and is scoring 2.86 goals per game in their first seven road games.
Kotkaniemi missed three games with a groin injury but he will accompany the team to Philadelphia, which makes it possible for him to make his return to the lineup. The second-year centre has had a slow start to the year, scoring two goals with one assist in 12 games before getting hurt.
Kase missed the last five games with a jaw issue but will play Tuesday vs. the Wild. There's no word on who Kase will replace in the lineup or who he will play with, but he returns with one goal on 26 shots (3.9 SH%) and four assists in 11 games.

Andersen allowed one goal on 17 shots in the Maple Leafs win over the Sharks last Friday. Due to two back-to-backs, Andersen started just two games last week but is poised to start Tuesday vs. the Capitals and Saturday in Philadelphia this week. The 30-year-old has gone 4-2-1 with a 3.37 GAA and .893 SV% in his first seven starts on home ice this season.
Fast missed Sunday’s game against the Bruins due to personal reasons but is expected to draw back in on Tuesday. Fast would likely replace Mika Zibanejad, who is questionable with an upper-body issue. Fast has two goals and three assists in eight games this season.
Kase left Thursday’s game after colliding with Rope Hintz in Thursday’s game in Dallas. Kase has had a slow start to the season but it will be tough to replace him in the top-6. Troy Terry is expected to move up the lineup with Kase missing at least their two-game weekend road-trip.
Andersen allowed four goals on 38 shots in the Maple Leafs overtime loss to the Blue Jackets on Monday. The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for Andersen, who will start the front-end of a back-to-back on Friday. The 30-year-old is 3-2-1 with a 3.77 GAA and .888 SV% on home-ice this season and catches the Sharks on the back-end of a back-to-back.
Stillman picked up one assist in five games with Springfield to start the season but has been called up because Michael Matheson will miss at least 10 days with an undisclosed injury. Stillman will play in his second career NHL game on Tuesday.

Andersen has won three straight games while stopping 95 of the 102 shots (.932 SV%) that he has faced. The 30-year-old is 3-2-0 with a 3.75 GAA and .887 SV% on home-ice this season but is a must-start against a Blue Jackets team averaging just 2.25 goals per game (29th in the NHL).

Andersen has won his last two starts while stopping 52 of 56 shots (.929 SV%) and will make his seventh start on Saturday night. The 30-year-old was 1-1-0 while giving up eight goals on 68 shots in his two regular-season starts vs. the Bruins last year.
Lemieux has been dealing with an illness this week and head coach David Quinn will decide after warmups whether or not Lemieux plays in New Jersey. Lemieux has no points, four PIMS and three shots in three games this season.
Jankowski was a healthy scratch in San Jose on Sunday but is expected to replace Tobias Rieder vs. the Flyers. Jankowski, who will skate on a line with Sam Bennett and Austin Czarnik, has no points, four shots and a minus-4 rating in five games this season.
