Stastny played just 7:57 TOI before leaving last night’s game with a lower-body injury. His injury clouds his status for Saturday’s game, which would be a huge loss for the Blues. Stastny has been great of the last month, collecting eight goals and nine assists (17 points) in his last 17 games.

Gostisbehere will be back in the Flyers' lineup on Thursday.

Gostisbehere served as a healthy scratch in the last three games, but will draw back into the lineup tonight after the Flyers were shutout in two straight games. Gostisbehere had a sensational rookie campaign, but has had some struggles in 2016-17. The man known as the “Ghost Bear” has four goals and 17 assists (21 points) in 48 games this season.

Andersen gets the nod for the Leafs on Thursday.

Andersen surrendered six goals on 34 shots in the Maple Leafs’ overtime loss in Brooklyn on Monday. Curtis McElhinney was great in a win vs. Dallas on Tuesday, but Andersen will get back in goal tonight vs. the Blues. He has lost three of his last four starts while allowing a combined 19 goals on 114 shots (.833 SV%). One of those losses came against the Blues, who he’ll face again tonight.

The Avalanche sent Spencer Martin to San Antonio (AHL).

Calvin Pickard has played well recently, so the Avalanche likely want to allow Martin to get some games in with San Antonio while Pickard starts with the big club. He has swapped places with Jeremy Smith and goes to the Rampage with a 15-10-0 record, 2.72 GAA and .912 SV% in 28 games.

Andersen gave up five goals on 31 shots in the Maple Leafs’ loss in St. Louis on Thursday. After posting back-to-back shutouts, Andersen has turned in two stinkers in a row, allowing a combined eight goals on 39 shots (.795 SV%). Tonight he’ll face the Bruins for the third time this season—he’s gone 2-0-0 with a 1.00 GAA and .966 SV% in the first two.

Andersen stopped all 22 shots that he faced in the Maple Leafs’ shutout win in Detroit last Wednesday. Andersen has pitched back-to-back shutouts, stopping all 48 shots that he has faced. Tonight he’ll take on a Stars team that is tied for 14th in the NHL in scoring (2.70 GF/PG) and Andersen is 9-3-5 with a 2.38 GAA and .929 SV% on the road.
