Cogliano (undisclosed) will not play Monday vs. the Capitals.

Cogliano is dealing with a minor undisclosed injury and will not play Monday vs. the Capitals. The Avalanche said Cogliano's injury is expected to be short-term and he would play if it were the playoffs. Darren Helm will draw back into the lineup to replace Cogliano in the Avalanche bottom-6.

de Haan will be back in the Blackhawks lineup on Monday.

de Haan did not play Saturday in Nashville but will replace Riley Stillman in the lineup on Monday. de Haan is dealing with some bumps and bruises, so this could be a common theme for him down the stretch. After just one goal in his first 60 games of the season, de Haan has three goals in his last seven games.

Girard (lower-body) has been cleared to play on Friday.

Girard has been out since March 8th but is set to return to the lineup on Friday. With Girard back, the Avalanche blueline will likely look exactly how they are expecting heading into the playoffs. Girard has scored five goals with 22 assists (27 points) in 56 games this season.

Nichushkin (illness) will be back in the Avalanche lineup on Friday.

Nichushkin missed Tuesday's game in Pittsburgh but will play Friday in Winnipeg. Nichushkin has quietly had an outstanding season, tallying 19 goals with 21 assists (40 points) in 51 games. Recently he's played an expanded role, averaging an incredible 21:25 TOI/gm in his last 11 games.
