Thomas Harley will make his Stars' season debut Monday vs. Nashville.

Harley had 10 goals, 34 points, 24 PIMs and a +19 plus/minus through 66 games with the Texas Stars (AHL) and will make his 2022-23 NHL season debut with Dallas Monday vs. Nashville. The 21-year-old has a goal, three assists, and a -4 plus/minus through 34 games played previously in the NHL.

Sam Steel will draw back into the Wilds' lineup Monday vs. Vegas.

Steel was a healthy scratch for the Wilds' previous game but will find his way back into the lineup after it was announced Monday that Mason Shaw (lower-body) would be missing the remainder of the season. The 25-year-old Steel has nine goals, 17 assists, 79 SOG, 16 PIMs and a +10 plus/minus through 60 games played this season.

Jake Oettinger will start vs. Arizona Friday.

Oettinger stopped 17 of 18 shots (.944 SV%) for his second-straight win as he easily handled Chicago in his previous start. The 24-year-old has been sensational on way to his second-straight 30-win season, with his 32-10-11 record, 2.47 GAA and .918 SV%. He takes on the Arizona Coyotes, who are in the middle of a five-game losing skid after their 5-4 loss to Edmonton last game.

Oettinger stopped 17 of 18 shots (.944 SV%) for his second-straight win as he easily handled Chicago in his previous start. The Stars have signed Matthew Seminoff to at three-year entry-level contract.

Seminoff had 31 goals, 51 assists, 44 PIMs and a +26 plus/minus through 62 games with Kamloops (WHL) this season and signed a three-year, entry-level contract with Dallas Wednesday. The 19-year-old was the Stars' 2022 sixth-round pick (179th overall).

Oettinger stopped 40 of 42 shots (.952 SV%) for his third win in five starts as he beat the Pittsburgh Penguins in his last game. The 24-year-old has been exceptional in his second-straight 30-win season, with his 31-10-11 record, 2.50 GAA and .918 SV%. He takes on the Chicago Blackhawks, who have lost five-straight and are last in the NHL in goals per game (2.42).

DeSmith will start Tuesday in Detroit.

DeSmith stopped 31 of 34 shots (.912 SV%) to snap a two-game losing streak as he beat Washington in his previous start. The 31-year-old Penguins' backup has been fairly average all season, with his 14-15-4 record, 3.11 GAA and .907 SV%. He will face the Detroit Red WIngs, who have lost five of their last six games and are 24th in the NHL in goals (2.86).

Casey DeSmith
Matt Duchene is out week-to-week with an upper-body injury.

Duchene left the Predators' previous game Sunday vs. Toronto after just 7:52 TOI due to an upper-body injury and is now considered out week-to-week. The 32-year-old likely will now be out for the remainder of the regular season, ending with 22 goals, 34 assists, 168 SOG, 32 PIMs and a +4 plus/minus through 71 games prior to his injury.
