Perry was in obvious pain on the bench and eventually went to the locker room before he tried to return to the first period. The winger could only play another two shifts as he would call it a night.

Perry is definitely banged up after last night's game. With the Ducks in the middle of a playoff run, expect him to try his best to stay in. After scoring 50 goals last year, Perry has 34 tallies and 55 points in 69 games.

Kopitar’s absence has not been explained yet, but it’s likely a “maintenance day,” particularly given the number of big hits Kopitar has taken of late. The fact that Kevin Westgarth is practicing with the first line suggests that Kopitar will be back tomorrow.

Doesn't sound like something to worry about yet. Kopitar hasn't missed any playing time since taking a big hit from Brendan Morrow.

Anze Kopitar
Darryl Sutter’s only update on Anze Kopitar was that Kopitar “will probably be fine. He’s got a bloody nose.” Kopitar took a huge hit, in the upper chest/shoulder area, from Dallas’ Brenden Morrow with less than eight minutes remaining in the third period and did not return.

Losing Kopitar for a long amount of time would be a big blow to fantasy hockey owners and the Kings. The dreaded C word has yet to be used to describe his ailments which should be considered a good thing.
