Johansson was a late scratch on Saturday, but was on the ice for Tuesday’s morning skate and will play against the Red Wings. Johansson’s return means that Stanislav Galiev will be a healthy scratch and Andre Burakovsky will move to the fourth line. Johansson has 13 points (5G / 8A) in 24 games this season.

Bogosian had seven assists in 21 games with Buffalo and 20 points (3G / 10A) in 62 games overall. He is mobile for a big blueliner who possesses a heavy shot—30 points is not out of the realm of possibility.

Bogosian is expected to play this week and it could be as soon as Tuesday. Bogosian has yet to play this season because of a lower-body injury but has been practicing and is definitely close to play. The 25-year-old had seven assists while averaging 26:34 in 21 games with the Sabres last season.

Bogosian has missed the first 16 games of the season with a lower-body injury but returned to practice on Friday. Bogosian’s return suggests that Bogosian is nearing a return to the lineup. The Sabres are 8-8-0 so far this season, so getting Bogosian back could push them over the .500 hump.

Hartman had one assist in three games during his call-up, but has been reassigned to Rockford, which suggests that Marian Hossa, could return on Friday, but even if Hossa isn’t quite ready, Viktor Tikhonov has been waiting to get back into the lineup.

Tarasenko missed Saturday’s game because of a lower-body injury, but he will be back in the lineup on Tuesday versus the Kings. Tarasenko has 10 points (6G / 4A) and 46 shots on goal in 10 games this season.

Pitlick was recalled with Joey Laleggia this morning as a paper move to maximize the Oilers cap relief by placing Jordan Eberle (shoulder) on longterm injured reserve.

Pitlick, 23, has no points in two games with Bakersfield this season. He has been recalled because the Oilers have placed Rob Klinkhammer on IR.

Hinostroza had no points and four shots in four games since being recalled. Hinostroza has been returned to the AHL, which suggests that Bryan Bickell will be back in the lineup on Thursday in Winnipeg.
