

Caufield was the No.15 overall pick in 2019 and signs with Montreal after finishing his sophomore season at the University of Wisconsin. Caufield had an outstanding season, leading the NCAA in goals (30) and leading the Big Ten in points (52) in 31 games.












Anderson was hurt in the first period of Thursday's loss in Winnipeg and was not on the ice for Friday's practice. The team called Anderson "day-to-day" and they are "hopeful" that he'll be available on Saturday. If he's not, look for Tyler Toffoli to take his spot on the second line with Nick Suzuki and Jonathan Drouin.




Blais was added to the COVID-19 protocol list on Saturday but is eligible to play Monday after it was revealed that it was a false positive. With Blais back in, the Blues will go back to 12 forwards and six defensemen.
