Price will start Thursday vs. the Devils.

Price allowed four goals on 31 shots in the Canadiens’ shootout win over the Kings on Sunday. The win snapped a brief two-game losing skid for Price, who will make his 19th appearance tonight vs. New Jersey. The Habs will be without Alex Galchenyuk and David Desharnais for 6-8 weeks, so Price will be leaned on even more heavily for the next month an a half.

Price will start Friday in San Jose.

Price allowed two goals on 38 shots in the Canadiens’ loss in Anaheim on Tuesday. It was a great game for Price, but his teammates had a tough time solving John Gibson at the other end. Price finished November at 8-2-1 with a 1.81 GAA, .944 SV% and two shutouts. Tonight he takes on a Sharks team that has won five of their last six while averaging 2.83 goals per game.

Price will start Tuesday vs. the Senators.

Price stopped 31 of 32 shots in the Canadiens’ win over the Maple Leafs on Saturday. It didn’t take Price long to get back into the win column after losing his previous start to Florida. He is simply the best goalie in the NHL and is a must-start against a Senators team that ranks 29th in the NHL with just 2.06 goals per game.

The Coyotes have recalled Christian Dvorak from Tucson (AHL).

Dvorak has bounced around from the NHL and AHL so far this season, but has yet to appear in a game with Tucson (AHL). In 12 games with the Coyotes, he has one goal and four assists (five points) and will draw back onto the second line tonight with Brad Richardson (leg) out indefinitely.

Price starts Saturday vs. the Maple Leafs.

Price allowed four goals on 24 shots in the Canadiens’ loss to the Panthers on Thursday. Yes, you read that right, he actually lost. Price will look to bounce-back against the Maple Leafs, who rank fourth in the NHL in scoring (3.29 G/PG). Price was excellent in his first start vs. Toronto and is 9-0-1 with a 1.59 GAA and .951 SV% in 10 starts on home-ice.

Price will start Tuesday vs. the Panthers.

Price stopped all 25 shots that he faced in the Canadiens’ shutout win over the Red Wings on Saturday. Al Montoya started in Chicago on Sunday, so Price will go tonight vs. the Panthers. Price is now 10-0-0 with a 1.40 GAA, .957 SV% and two shutouts. This is getting ridiculous, he may never lose…Nine of his starts have come on home ice, where he has a 1.34 GAA and .960 SV%.

Price will start Saturday vs. the Red Wings.

Price stopped 23 of 24 shots in the Canadiens’ win over the Kings on Thursday. Price has not lost a start this season, wining nine straight games with a 1.56 GAA and .953 SV%—both rank in the top-3 in the NHL right now. The only goalie with a better GAA and SV% than Price is Jimmy Howard, who he will go head-to-head with tonight in Montreal.

Price will start Thursday vs. the Kings.

Price allowed two goals on 43 shots in the Canadiens’ win over the Bruins on Tuesday. Price has won all eight of his starts while posting a 1.63 GAA and .953 SV% to kick off 2016-17. Price is the clear No.1 fantasy netminder and is a must-start regardless of his matchup—Los Angeles is 17th in the league in scoring (2.62 G/PG).

The Jets have placed Joel Armia (undisclosed) on injured reserve.

Armia is set to miss is third straight game on Tuesday and is expected to be out for an extended period of time, so the Jets moved him to IR to create a roster spot to activate Tyler Myers from IR and added Jacob Trouba to the active roster after signing him on Monday.

Joel Armia
Price will start Tuesday vs. the Bruins.

Price allowed four goals on 38 shots in the Canadiens’ win over the Flyers on Saturday. Price has won all seven of his starts to start 2016-17, while posting 1.57 GAA, .952 SV% and one shutout. Tonight he will take on a Boston team that he has dominated in his career—he stopped 19 of 21 shots in a 4-2 win over the Bruins in his second start of the year (Oct. 22).

Carey Price
Armia (lower-body) left Thursday’s game; questionable for Friday’s game in Detroit.

Armia left Thursday’s game after playing 13:21 and did not return. There is no word whether or not Armia will be in the lineup on Friday—head coach Paul Maurice will not address the media until around 5 p.m. ET—Armia’s status will not be known until then.

Joel Armia
Price will start Saturday vs. the Flyers.

Price stopped all 42 shots in the Canadiens’ shutout win over the Canucks on Wednesday. Price has been absolutely outstanding so far this season. He has won all six of his starts while posting a ridiculous 1.17 GAA, .964 SV% and one shutout. He is a must-start, even against a Flyers team that is fourth in scoring (3.42 G/PG).
