Josi was hurt on a hit from Bruins’ forward Anton Blidh last night and did not return. His immediate movement to IR is not good news and means that he will miss at least seven days with an upper-body injury. He joins PK Subban on IR as the Predators will be without both halves of their top pair.

O’Reilly underwent an appendectomy over thee Christmas break and will miss some time, but the Sabres did not release a timetable on his return. O’Reilly will likely miss a few weeks, but shouldn’t be sidelined for too long.
