Quick gave up two goals on 23 shots in the Kings 3-2 win over the Lightning on Monday. Remember when Quick was struggling? Well all of a sudden he has won five in a row while posting a 2.20 GAA and .911 SV%. Tonight he will take on a Colorado who have found their scoring touch as of late, averaging 3.75 goals per game in their last four contests (2-2-0 over that span).

The Maple Leafs have recalled Sam Carrick from Toronto (AHL).

Carrick, 23, will likely be in the lineup tonight with Trevor Smith banged up and Olli Jokinen unlikely to play. Carrick has no points in 10 games with the Leafs this season, but has 20 points (5G / 15A) in 40 games with the Marlies.

Bonino was injured on Monday night and was spotted wearing a walking boot after the game. He underwent tests today and coach Willie Desjardins revealed that there is no break. Monitor his status in the Canucks morning skate on Wednesday.
