The Coyotes have recalled Louis Domingue from Portland (AHL).

Domingue, 22, has registered an 8-4-1 record with a 2.40 GAA and a .922 SV% in 13 games with the Pirates this season. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound net minder has also collected a 1-1-0 record with a 1.01 GAA and a .958 SV% in two games with the Gwinnett Gladiators (ECHL). Domingue was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the fifth round (138th overall) in the 2010 Entry Draft.

With Derek Stepan sidelined with an upper-body injury, Miller skated between Chris Kreider and Martin St. Louis in Wednesday’s practice. Miller played well while Derick Brassard was out, so the move back into the top-6 should spark Miller’s production. He has four assists in his last five games.

Carrick, 22, has scored three goals with 13 assists (16 points) in 31 games with the Marlies this season. He spent five games with the Maple Leafs earlier in the year, but did not register a point. He could be in the lineup tonight vs. the Capitals.

Quick stopped 14 of 16 shots in the Kings 3-2 win over the Canucks on New Years Day. It was a nice easy night for Quick, who has not been tested all that frequently as of late. He has only faced an average of 21.13 shots against of the last eight games. Despite the light workload, he is 4-2-2 with a 2.59 GAA and .876 SV% over that span.
