This morning the Maple Leafs announced that Jonathan Bernier would start and James Reimer appeared to be fine in the morning skate, so something is up. Bibeau is likely here to serve as Bernier’s backup, but nothing is confirmed at this point. Bibeau is 8-7-5 with a 2.58 GAA and .917 SV% with the Marlies.
Anderson will miss his fifth straight game tonight, but might travel on Monday, which would put him in-line to start Tuesday vs. the Sabres. It would be the perfect matchup to ease Anderson back into action.
Anderson has missed the last four games, but was back at Sens practice this morning. There was no word on whether he would be available for Saturday’s game, but it seems unlikely at this point. I would expect him to sit out the weekend and return next Tuesday.
Anderson missed his third straight game last night and his absence from practice this afternoon suggests that Anderson will not be available for a fourth consecutive game tomorrow vs. Washington.
Forsberg, 22, was pulled after allowing four goals on 15 shots back in November. He has struggled with the Blue Jackets, but has gone 18-7-1 with a 2.04 GAA and .927 SV% in Springfield (AHL) this season. He make for a strong spot-start option with the Coyotes in town.

Anderson will miss his second straight game today, but could be back on Tuesday vs. the Devils. Monitor his status over the next three days.
Robin Lehner was already scheduled to start, but Anderson will not be available to back-up because of a hand injury. Andrew Hammond has been recalled on an emergency basis and will serve as Lehner’s backup. Consider Anderson day-to-day.
Perron left Monday’s practice early with cold-like symptoms, but he was back on the ice for the Penguins game day skate this morning. He will be a game-time decision along with Kris Letang and Patric Hornqvist.
Forsberg, 22, has been recalled because Sergei Bobrovsky will be sidelined for at least one month with a groin injury. Forsberg has gone 18-7-1 with a 2.04 GAA and .927 SV% in 27 games with Springfield this season. He could get a chance to become the Blue Jackets starter with Goalie Bob out.
Anderson allowed three goals on 35 shots in the Senators 3-2 overtime loss in New York. Tonight will mark the second time that he has started both games of a back-to-back (he won the first time). Anderson has yet to face the Maple Leafs this season, but they are in a free-fall right now, so Andy should be an OK start tonight.
Anderson allowed three goals on 28 shots in the Senators 3-2 loss to the Hurricanes on Saturday. Anderson has been great for the majority of the last month, going 6-3-2 with a 2.09 GAA and .924 SV%. Tonight he draws a tough matchup in New York. The Rangers are among the NHL’s hottest teams as of late.
Anderson allowed one goal on 26 shots in the Senators win over the Canadiens on Thursday. Andy has gone 3-1-1 with a 1.76 GAA and .938 SV% since the calendar switched to 2015. He will look to keep things going tonight with the Hurricanes in town. It is a nice matchup—Carolina is 29th in the NHL in scoring (2.00 G/PG)

Andy has gone 6-2-3 with a 2.23 GAA and .928 SV% at home.
Anderson was pulled after allowing three goals on nine shots in the Senators 5-2 loss to Colorado on Thursday. It was a terrible outing for Andy, who will look to bounce back tonight in Arizona. Anderson stopped 33 of 34 shots in the Senators shootout loss to the Flyers on Tuesday. Tonight he will make his sixth start in the last seven games—he is 2-1-2 with a 1.95 GAA and .925 SV% in the previous five. He made 28 saves in a 5-3 win vs. his former team from Colorado back in October.
Giroux was listed as a game-time decision, but will play tonight vs. Ottawa. He will centre the top-line with Brayden Schenn and Jakub Voracek on his wings. Giroux has 13 goals and 30 assists (43 points) in 38 games this season.
