Braun was acquired from the Flyers on Monday and will replace Braden Schneider in the lineup on Tuesday. Braun was on the third pair with Patrik Nemeth in the morning skate and comes in with 16 points (5G / 11A) in 61 games this season.
Braun could be moved ahead of Monday's trade deadline, so he will sit out as asset protection. Nick Seeler will replace him in the lineup and Cam York will skate with Ivan Provorov.
Tippett was acquired from the Panthers as a part of the Claude Giroux trade on Saturday night and will immediately make his Flyers debut on Sunday afternoon. The 23-year-old was drafted No.10 overall in 2017 and has scored 14 goals with 19 assists (33 points) in 94 career NHL games.
Poehling, who was added to IR on Tuesday with an upper-body injury he suffered on Sunday, is expected to be sidelined for 1-to-2 weeks.
Poehling suffered an upper-body injury in Philadelphia on Sunday and is expected to miss an extended period of time. Mathieu Perreault will likely draw into the Canadiens lineup to replace Poehling on Tuesday.
Scott Laughton left Thursday's loss in Florida after falling awkwardly into the boards, so Frost is presumably Laughton's replacement for Saturday's game in Carolina. Frost has split his season between the AHL and NHL, scoring two goals with five assists (seven points) in his 30 games with the Flyers.
Ristolainen was a pending UFA, who has scored two goals with 11 assists (13 points), 177 hits and 90 blocked shots in 49 games with the Flyers this season. Ristolainen was acquired from the Sabres in July, sending a first-round pick, second-round pick and Robert Hagg the other way.
York has spent most of the season in Lehigh Valley but has scored one goal with two assists (three points) in 13 games with the Flyers earlier in the year. York has totalled 12 points (2G / 10A) in 34 AHL games.
Frost has been in the lineup for four straight games but will sit on Saturday with Derick Brassard returning from an ongoing hip issue.
