Great news for Letang as he is expected to practice for the first time since getting concussed. While this remains the first step in his recovery, expect him to be brought along slowly.

#CBJ place C Jeff Carter on injured reserve. He is listed as week-to-week with a shoulder injury suffered Jan. 8 at Anaheim.
Expecting Carter to play again this month would definitely be a stretch. The team's top line center scored 10 goals and 17 points in 30 games with the club before getting hurt. Temper your expectations of him getting back to an elite level this season.
