Mackenzie Blackwood is out for the remainder of the season due to an undisclosed injury, prompting the Sharks to recall Romanov. The 24-year-old Romanov has a 3.14 GAA and .904 SV% in 29 games (9-9-8) with the San Jose Barracuda (AHL) this season.

Gushchin will draw back into the Sharks' lineup on Monday vs. Edmonton.

Guschin was the 76th overall pick of the Sharks in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. He played two games with the Sharks earlier this season but has spent most of the 2023-24 campaign with the San Jose Barracuda, scoring 54 points (20G / 34A) in 56 games.

Thompson will draw into the Sharks' lineup on Monday vs. Edmonton.

Thompson made his NHL debut with the Tampa Bay Lightning earlier this season and will make his Sharks debut on Monday against the Edmonton Oilers. Thompson was the 93rd overall pick of Tampa Bay in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft and has 41 points (6G / 35A) in 62 AHL games this season between the Syracuse Crunch and the San Jose Barracuda.

Ostapchuk has been recalled from Belleville (AHL).

Mark Kastelic suffered an upper-body injury on Saturday, resulting in Ostapchuk being recalled from the Belleville Senators (AHL). The 20-year-old Ostapchuk played six games with the Senators earlier this season but has spent most of the 2023-24 campaign with Belleville, scoring 28 points (17G / 11A) in 66 games.

Gregor will draw back into Toronto's lineup on Tuesday in New Jersey.

Gregor has been a healthy scratch for Toronto's last six games but will draw back into the lineup for the second-half of their back-to-back Tuesday in New Jersey. The 25-year-old signed after a successful PTO earlier this season and has five goals, 11 points, 104 SOG and 17 PIMs in 60 games in 2023-24.

Georgiev will start on Tuesday vs. Minnesota.

The Avalanche have been outscored 13-6 in their last two games (0-2-0) but will turn to Georgiev for a third straight time on Tuesday night against the Minnesota Wild. Georgiev allowed six goals in his last two contests (0-2-0), including a 7-4 loss to the Dallas Stars in his most recent outing when he saved 30 shots (.833 SV%).
