Gregor will draw back into the Maple Leafs' lineup on Wednesday in Washington.

Gregor was a healthy scratch for the first half of the Maple Leafs' back-to-back on Tuesday but will draw back into the lineup for the injured Ryan Reaves (eye) on Wednesday. The 25-year-old centre signed with Toronto this season after a successful PTO and has provided a solid bottom-six option with five goals, 11 points, 99 SOG, 17 PIMs and -7 plus/minus through 56 games played.

The Avalanche reassigned Kovalenko (leg) to the Colorado Eagles (AHL) on Tuesday as he continues injury rehabilitation.

Kovalenko suffered the injury towards the end of the KHL season and will report to the Eagles for further rehabilitation before potentially getting a look at the NHL level. Kovalenko is yet to make his NHL debut but has impressed in his last few KHL seasons. The 24-year-old winger had 11 goals and 24 assists in 42 games with the Nizhny Novgorod Torpedo this season.

Rutta (lower body) will draw back into the Sharks' lineup on Tuesday vs. Nashville.

Rutta has not played since March 7th, missing five games with a lower-body injury, but will return to the lineup on Tuesday against the Nashville Predators. In 56 games this season, Rutta has 15 points (3G / 12A), 57 hits, and 90 blocks.

Georgiev will start in Vancouver on Wednesday.

Georgiev will be back between the pipes for the Avalanche on Wednesday after Justus Annunen got the nod in Tuesday's 6-2 win over the Flames. Georgiev's last appearance came on Friday against the Wild, when he allowed just a single goal on 30 shots as Colorado managed to pick up the overtime victory over the Wild. Georgiev owns a rather disappointing .901 SV% on the season but has still managed a 33-15-3 record thanks to some outstanding goal support. He'll have his hands full on Wednesday when he and the Avs travel to Vancouver to take on the leaders of the Western Conference.
