January hasn’t been a great month for the banged up Devils, but Schneider has now won two of his last three while allowing just three goals on 81 shots (.963 SV%). Tonight he takes on a Flames team that has lost three of four, but had played well in front of Jonas Hiller.

The loss snapped a two-game winning skid for Schneider, who will start his fourth straight game tonight in Montreal. Tonight he draws a matchup that he’s enjoyed this season—he’ll face the Red Wings for the third time after going 2-0-0 with a 2.42 GAA and .912 SV% in the first two meetings.
