Robertson had offseason foot surgery and will miss the start of training camp.

Robertson underwent surgery on his foot on July 31st and according to Stars' GM Jim Nill, he'll miss the the majority of training camp. It sounds like Robertson is expected to be a participant at some point, so as of today there should be no concern that he will miss the start of the regular season. Robertson (lower-body) will not play on Tuesday.

Robertson was on the ice this morning testing his lower-body injury but will not play vs. the Canadiens. The fact that Robertson was on the ice suggests that he shouldn't be out long-term but Jacob Peterson will continue to skate in his spot on the top line on Tuesday.
