Morrow spent the 2018-19 season with the Jets, where he had one goal and six assists (seven points) in 41 games. It was a career-high in games played for the former first-round pick, who is expected to head to Binghamton (AHL) should he clear waivers.

Morrow was forced to leave Thursday’s game vs. the Avalanche and will miss 2-3 weeks. Dmitry Kulikov is back to 100 percent and will replace Morrow on Saturday.

Morrow is day-to-day with a lower-body injury, so Sami Niku will draw into the lineup vs. the Blackhawks. Consider Morrow questionable for the Jets back-to-back on Saturday and Sunday.

Morrow has been a healthy scratch for three of the last four games, but will replace Dmitry Kulikov in Friday’s game vs. the Panthers. Morrow is still searching for his first point, but has picked up 11 shots while playing 13:40 TOI/GM in 10 games this season.

Morrow played just 6:17 TOI vs. the Jets on Monday and will come out of the lineup on Wednesday. Morrow will be replaced by Dmitry Kulikov on the third pairing.

Morrow has picked up five goals and six assists (11 points) in 38 games with the Canadiens this season. Morrow was drafted with a lower of offensive potential but it hasn’t really developed as expected on the NHL level. He will serve as a depth defenseman on a good Winnipeg team.

Morrow, 24, was a first round pick in 2011 but has had a hard time sticking in NHL lineups. After spending three years in Boston, where he had just nine points (2G / 7A) in 65 games, Morrow is now with Montreal where he will replace Jordie Benn tonight. He has offensive upside, but has not shown it thus far.

Morrow was a healthy scratch for the first three games of the regular season, but will replace rookie Rob O'Gara in the lineup on Thursday. Morrow had seven points (1G / 6A) in 33 games with the Bruins last year and will be paired with Torey Krug tonight.

Morrow has been a healthy scratch in the last six games, but will replace the injured John-Michael Liles in the Bruins lineup on Saturday. Morrow has seven points (1G / 6A) in 29 games this season.

Morrow did not get into a game during his call-up.

Morrow was recalled as an emergency call-up incase Torey Krug was unavailable last night. Krug was able to play, so Morrow has been reassigned.
