Hayden has spent the last three seasons in Seattle and will remain with the Kraken for two more years after signing a two-year, $1.55 million contract extension ($775,000 AAV) on Wednesday. Hayden will take a seat on Tuesday as the Kraken opt to get some fresh legs into the lineup for the tail-end of their back-to-back. Ryan Winterton will play in his place.
