Terry (upper-body) returned to practice on Sunday.

Terry travelled with the team to Florida and participated in Sunday's practice, which is a good sign that he's nearing a return to the Ducks' lineup. Whether or not he plays Monday vs. the Panthers will be revealed during warmups around 1:30 PM ET.

Gudas (undisclosed) will play Monday vs. the Ducks.

Gudas left Saturday's game in Nashville with an injury but will suit up for Monday's afternoon game. Gudas doesn't provide much offence (nine points in 49 games) but is once again among the hit leaders in the NHL, ranking 8th with 190 hits in 49 games (3.9 hits/gm).

Gibson will start Friday vs. the Kings.

Gibson allowed seven goals on 39 shots (.821 SV%) for his third straight loss as he was defeated by Vegas in his previous start. The 29-year-old has one of the league's worst records with his 10-22-5 line, accompanied by an ugly 4.05 GAA and .897 SV%. He takes on the Los Angeles Kings, who have won their last two games after a 5-2 win over Buffalo in their previous contest.

Alex Stalock has been placed on the injured reserve retroactively to January 16th (ocular dysfunction).

Stalock last played on January 14th but has been out since with an ocular dysfunction injury and was placed on the injured reserve Wednesday. The 35-year-old was one of the league's best stories this season, with his 6-6-1 record, 2.70 GAA and .918 SV% prior to the injury.

Brett Leason will be a healthy scratch Wednesday vs. Buffalo.

Leason has four goals, three assists, 37 SOG, six PIMs and a -19 plus/minus through 43 games played this season but will be a healthy scratch Wednesday as the Ducks take on the Sabres. He will be replaced by Maxime Comtois in the lineup.

Gibson was the first goalie off the ice at the Ducks' morning skate.

Gibson stopped 39 of 41 shots (.951 SV%) to snap a two-game winning streak as he was defeated in overtime by Dallas in his last start. The 29-year-old has been hung out to dry nightly which has led to his 10-20-5 record, 3.89 GAA and .900 SV%. He takes on the Pittsburgh Penguins, who won their previous game 2-1 over Colorado in overtime and are ninth in the NHL in shots per game (33.0).

The Ducks have recalled Olle Eriksson Ek from San Diego (AHL).

Eriksson Ek has a 1-9-0 record, 4.79 GAA and .851 SV% through 13 games with the San Diego Gulls (AHL) and has been recalled from the Anaheim Ducks for the first time this season. The 23-year-old has never played in the NHL so he will make his debut if he can find his way into the Ducks lineup for some game action.

The Ducks have placed Troy Terry (upper-body) on IR.

Terry left the Ducks' previous game vs. Dallas after just three shifts and 2:26 TOI due to an upper-body injury and has been placed on injured reserve Friday. It is a tough loss for the Ducks and the 25-year-old as he is second on the team in points with 13 goals and 29 assists through 51 games prior to the injury.

Troy Terry
Terry left Monday's game with an upper-body injury and did not return.

Terry suffered an upper-body injury early in Monday's game in Dallas, logging just 2:26 TOI. Ryan Strome moved up to the top line after Terry departed the game, and Brett Leason would likely replace him in the lineup if he's unable to play on Tuesday.

Troy Terry
Gibson led the Ducks onto the ice for warmups.

Gibson stopped 33 of 34 shots (.971 SV%) for his third victory in four starts as he beat Arizona his last time out. The 29-year-old has had a nightmarish season on the league's worst squad, with his 10-20-4 record and below .900 SV%. He takes on the Dallas Stars, who lost their last three games in overtime by a score of 3-2.

John Gibson
Reimer will start Friday in Carolina.

Reimer allowed three goals on 35 shots (.914 SV%) for his second straight loss as he was beaten by Detroit in his last start. The 34-year-old veteran netminder is having the worst season of his 13-year career, with his 8-14-5 record, 3.25 GAA and .896 SV%. He takes on his old team in Carolina, who have won five of their last six games after a 3-2 overtime win over Dallas last game.
