Levi was solid in relief of Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen on Wednesday, saving 31 of 32 shots (.969 SV%) in the eventual 6-2 loss.

Ivan Fedotov joined the Flyers on Friday and will serve as their backup moving forward. Sandstrom returns to the AHL, where he has gone 11-6-2 with a 3.23 GAA and .882 SV% in 20 games this season.

Reimer has backed up for the Red Wings' previous two games but will look to extend his personal three-game win streak as he takes the crease on Thursday vs. Carolina. The 36-year-old veteran has emerged as potentially Detroit's best option between the crease lately due to his 9-7-2 record, 2.98 GAA and .907 SV%. He will head to Carolina to take on the Hurricanes, who have won six of their last eight games and are fourth in the NHL in shots per game (33.1).

He will host the Ottawa Senators on Wednesday, who despite having won five of their last eight games are not playing for much due to their rank in the standings.

Rousek unfortunately was the victim of a freak injury in Buffalo's practice on Tuesday as he took a stick high and is expected to be day-to-day and miss Wednesday vs. Ottawa. The 24-year-old rookie is still looking for his first goal of the 2023-24 season but has two assists, four SOG, and a +1 plus/minus through nine games this season.

Eric Robinson will be a healthy scratch on Thursday, allowing Rousek to re-enter the lineup. Rousek has not played since March 9th and has zero points in seven games this season.
