Tokarski has not been great, but with Carey Price playing the way he is, they haven’t needed Tokarski. Tonight he faces a Devils team who have lost six in a row.

The Capitals have recalled Dmitry Orlov from his conditioning stint with Hershey (AHL).

Orlov had three assists in three games during his conditioning stint. He has missed the entire season with a wrist injury, but he could be back in the lineup this weekend after completing his conditioning stint with some success.

Andersen leads the Ducks onto the ice for warmups.

Andersen made 27 saves on 29 shots in the Ducks 3-2 overtime win in Boston on Thursday. It was a much-needed win for Andersen and the Ducks, who really struggled in their previous two games. Andersen heads into Long Island at 3-3-0 with a 2.70 GAA and .889 SV% in the month of March.

Andersen was pulled after allowing three goals on seven shots in the Ducks loss to the Rangers on Sunday. John Gibson struggled on Sunday and Tuesday, so the Ducks will go with Andersen tonight in Boston. Andersen has gone 2-3-0 with a 2.90 GAA and .876 SV% in his last five starts.

Tokarski gets the call on Thursday vs. the Jets.

Tokarski allowed two goals on 43 shots in the Rangers win in Florida on March 17th. Tokarski has made 14 starts this season, with 10 of those coming on the road. Tonight will be number-11 and he comes in at 5-4-1 with a 2.36 GAA and .927 SV% away from the Bell Centre this season.

Hall skated in a full team session for the first time since early February. Hall was unable to provide a timeline for his return, but he said he is feeling better. He is going to continue to skate and see how his ankle responds before his return is imminent.
