The 26-year-old is expected to return to Carolina's bottom six, where he had only two goals, 17 SOG and 12 PIMs in 16 games prior to his injury.




Morrow will be the odd-man out on the Hurricanes blue-line as they opt to return to dressing just six defencemen on Thursday. Juha Jaaska (illness) returns to lineup in his place.
