Duchene left Thursday's game prematurely and the Predators announced that he'll miss at least three weeks with a lower-body injury. With Duchene out, Ryan Johansen will move into the Predators' top-6 on Saturday.

Oettinger allowed two goals on 35 shots in the Stars loss to the Blackhawks on Sunday. Despite the loss and Anton Khudobin being available tonight, Oettinger will make his second straight start. So far this season, he has stopped 86 of the 94 shots (.915 SV%) that he's faced. With a quality matchup vs. the Blackhawks again, he's a worthwhile early-week spot-start option.

In his first two appearances in the NHL, Oettinger has stopped 30 of the 33 shots (.909 SV%) that he's faced. On Tuesday, he'll see a Blue Jackets team that is fourth-worst in goal-scoring (2.30) right now but will get Patrik Laine making his debut tonight.
